How does getting your airbnb decorated for your bachelorette work?

You will send us you door code once recieved to your Airbnb or VRBO and we will go in and decorate before you arrive. We work together to schedule a time that works best for you whether thats right at check in or while you all are at dinner. Decor time slots start at 12pm and go till 7pm. Setups take between 2-3 hours to complete.

Can we be at the at the house while you decorate?

We kindly ask that you are not in the space while we decorate. Unfortunately, it slows us down tremendously and when doing back to back setups its so important we get in and out in a timely manner. It also opens the door for accidents on sight. Plus, its so much more fun seeing the final product! If you must be there, we do ask that you wait outside of the decor areas or at the pool if available. 

How does payment work?

We require a 50% deposit to hold your weekend. The rest is due 3 weeks out from your event.

What are the Decorating Time Slots to choose from?

12-1PM: This is an early check in slot. You must have early check in permission from your Airbnb host at least 3 weeks out to choose this time slot. 

3-4PM: This is our most popular time slot as it is when most check ins occur. We come in as soon as you can check in and start decorating! We book this slot on a first come first serve basis. Reminder we do ask that you be out of the decorating space during this time. 

6-7PM: This is our dinner time slot. It is perfect for groups that cant get an early check in but still want the decor to be a surprise so we can come decorate while you are out at dinner. This time slot is also great for groups that want to come in at 4 and freshen up before we arrive. 

My Airbnb check in time is 4pm can you go in early?

In order to obtain an early check in slot we must receive a screenshot of confirmation from your Airbnb host of an early check in. This must be done at least 3 weeks before your arrival to ensure availability when your final payment is due. You are always booked into your Airbnb check in time slot or later until we have photo confirmation of the early check. We do back to back setups and this ensures we will have early access to the house to prevent delays for our other brides. We know a lot of hosts will not guarantee an early check in until the week of or sometimes even the day before. In this case we will try out best to accommodate but we can not guarantee a time earlier than your listed check in.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes all changes must be requested prior to 3 weeks out when final payment is due.

Can I cancel my order? 

Cancelations will result in forfeiting your 50% deposit. If there is an emergency please discuss that with us so we can work with you. 

 What areas do you service?

We decorate bachelorette parties in Tampa, St Pete, St Pete Beach, Siesta Key, Redington Beach, Largo, Siesta Key, Long Boat Key, Anna Maria Island, Orlando, Kissimmee, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and all of the areas in-between!

Is there a delivery or pickup fee?

We will deliver and pickup within 15 miles free of charge from our home base in each area. After that it is 68 cents per mile. Fees range from $0-$70 and include both delivery/setup/ and clean up.

How does pick up work?

We offer pick up and clean up of your bachelorette party included in our service. The day or night before you check out we will once again use the door code to let ourselves in and clean up. We pop and throw away all of the balloons for you and leave it mess free. All pickups are scheduled in advance and confirmed with the group. We will not pick up rental items the morning you check out. Wall mounted setups do not require pickup and can be thrown away. Clients are responsible for disposal.
