Refund policy


Deposits are 50% of total package price and are  non-refundable.

  • Client Cancellation (before 3 weeks): If canceling prior to 3 weeks before scheduled service 50% of the package total minus processing fees will be returned.

  • Client Cancellation (within 3 weeks): If canceling less than 3 weeks before the event, no refund will be provided.

  • Weather Exception: In cases of severe weather, you may move the date and 100% of your paid amount will be applied to a future booking (subject to availability).

  • Custom Items: Custom items are always non-refundable.

 

  • Vendor Termination: If Bride Tribe Events exercises its right to terminate services under the Right to Terminate clause, the refund terms outlined in that section will apply.

Housing Packages: When booking a package that includes housing, cancellation and refunds are at the discretion of the property owner. Bride Tribe Events does not own these properties and simply secures discounts for clients.
